Founded by Anna after a life-changing personal loss, the company began with a simple act of support from a friend and quickly grew through word-of-mouth thanks to Anna’s attention to detail, work ethic, and genuine care for her clients.
Today, Clean Bright is known for its highly trained team, exceptional service, and personalized approach to residential and commercial cleaning plus, laundry services. The company’s mission is clear: to deliver the highest quality cleaning services while creating healthier, more welcoming environments for the people and communities it serves.

Owner & Founder
After a life-altering event nine years ago, Anna traded her 9-to-5 for a more flexible path—one that combined her natural eye for detail, her Southern upbringing, and her passion for helping others. What started as a way to support her son turned into Clean Bright Cleaning Services, a thriving, locally-owned business built on care, consistency, and connection.
As the owner, Anna wears every hat—running the day-to-day, supporting her team, and making sure every client feels seen, heard, and never judged. Her motto?
“If we see it, we get it.”
Whether it’s a busy family home or a local business, Anna believes everyone deserves a cleaner, healthier space and a little extra breathing room in their day.
When she’s not managing Clean Bright or her second business, The Fairy Hair Sisters, Anna’s soaking up time outside with her husband, their three kids, and their two dogs, Rosie and Lola. She loves kayaking, traveling, and cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ games.
Hailey
Residential Manager
Born and raised in Huntsville and now rooted in New Market, Hailey brings hands-on leadership and a personal touch to her role as Manager at Clean Bright. She started as a crew member over three years ago and quickly worked her way up, now overseeing scheduling, walkthroughs, hiring, and training—all while staying active in the field and connected with clients.
For Hailey, cleaning is more than a job—it’s a gift. With a natural eye for detail and a love for organizing, she believes a clean space creates a clear mind. Her approach is built on communication, trust, and respect, making every client interaction thoughtful and every team member feel supported.
Outside of work, Hailey is a proud mom to a fun-loving 4-year-old. She enjoys reading, fishing, DIY projects, and quiet moments by Goosepond Lake. Though she’s naturally shy, her passion for her work shines through in everything she does.
Commercial Manager
Tessa
Tessa brings heart, hustle, and hands-on experience to her role as Commercial Team Manager at Clean Bright. With a background in customer service, operations, and leadership, she’s all about delivering top-quality work while staying flexible, empathetic, and client-focused.
After working at Mazda Toyota Manufacturing and pursuing her bachelor’s degree, Tessa joined Clean Bright to grow her experience and connect more directly with clients. Now, she leads commercial cleaning teams with care, precision, and pride in every detail.
Outside of work, Tessa is a proud mom of four, a cruise-loving adventurer, and a creative soul who loves crafts, working with her hands, and anything purple. She’s also neurodivergent and passionate about embracing unique strengths—both in herself and in others.
Paula
Commercial Cleaner
With a background in the hotel industry and over a year at Clean Bright, Paula brings consistency, care, and positive energy to every space she touches. She provides both residential and commercial cleaning services, always aiming to leave a lasting impression through her strong work ethic and attention to detail.
For Paula, cleaning is more than a task—it’s a way to bring calm and comfort to others, just as it has for her since childhood. She approaches each job with respect, a great attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Paula is full of life and always on the hunt for a great thrift find or yard sale deal. She loves spending time with her daughter, grandkids, and her dog Coco—and she's thrilled to welcome a great-grandbaby soon!
Brittany
Residential Cleaner
Brittany brings a heart for service and an eye for detail to every home she cleans. With a background in janitorial work and over a year of residential cleaning experience, she takes pride in creating spaces that feel fresh, comfortable, and stress-free for her clients.
As a team member at Clean Bright, Brittany follows detailed checklists, uses the right tools and products, and treats every home like it’s her own. She loves knowing her work makes life easier for the people she serves—and she always strives to go the extra mile.
Outside of work, Brittany is a proud mom who enjoys spending time with her son, visiting new restaurants, and staying connected with her church and loved ones. Raised to lead with kindness and respect, she brings those same values into every home she enters.
